AAII San Diego Chapter

From Chapter XIII of Pudd’nhead Wilson by Mark Twain

Welcome to the San Diego Chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors. We generally hold eight main chapter events per year for the purpose of providing unbiased investment education and tools that can help improve the investment decision making process for individual investors. All individual investors are welcome to attend our meetings. It is not necessary to be a member of AAII to attend our meetings.

Join us on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 9:00 AM PDT. The speaker will be Janet Brown, Investment Advisor and Managing Director of Fund X. She will share strategies developed by Fund X and tell us how to invest now when you can’t know the future. Details and registration information are on our UPCOMING CHAPTER EVENTS page.

NOTE: Meetings are in Roetter Hall. You may use the main entrance to enter the building.

Sample AAII Journal Articles

AAII encourages us to share selected articles from their Journal. They provide a new article roughly once a quarter. We want potential AAII members to experience the kind of research that is available to AAII members. Click on the AAII JOURNAL entry on our Menu Bar to see the articles being shared.

Chapter Mission

AAII local chapters, grassroots organizations led by volunteer AAII members, allow AAII to extend its mission ʺperson to personʺ to individual investors in their own communities by programming meetings that provide unbiased investment education in a social context.
